Dreamcatcher Promotions will gladly exchange or refund qualified items purchased up to 30 days after purchase. Items must be in their original state: unwashed, unworn, unaltered and must have all tickets attached.

Returned merchandise will receive an exchange or refund in the form of a store credit.

FINAL SALE MERCHANDISE – No refunds, credits or exchanges on the following:

  • Any sale items included in an additional percentage off promotion
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Jewelry
  • Limited edition or charitable items

For any returns that cannot be returned in store, please email info@dreamcatcherpromotions.com to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Orders may be returned or exchanged within 30 days after receiving the package, garments must remain in their original state: unwashed, unworn, unaltered and must have all tickets attached. All returned merchandise will be refunded in the original form of payment, a restocking fee may apply.

All returns and price adjustments are subject to validation and approval at our discretion.

To protect our customers from fraudulent activity, Dreamcatcher Promotions reserves the right to request valid photo ID for the purposes of validating customer information when processing a return or exchange.
